These general conditions of sale (the "General Conditions") are concluded between IKIZ BOUTIQUE and any non-commercial natural person ("You") wishing to make a purchase on the Website.These General Conditions exclusively govern your relationship with IKIZ BOUTIQUE.IKIZ BOUTIQUE reserves the right to modify the General Conditions at any time. They will then be applicable as soon as they are put online.
PRICES AND PAYMENTS
The prices of the Products are indicated in Euros all taxes included. They take into account VAT and any reductions applicable on the day of the order. The prices of the Products do not include delivery costs. The amount of the delivery costs will be specified before validation of the order.We accept payments via Paypal as well as bank card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express).
ORDER
When you order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. Then we perform standard pre-authorization checks to make sure there are the necessary funds on your card. Once your payment is validated, we will process your order within 24-48 hours. An email is sent to you when your package is shipped.
DELIVERY
The delivery times below start from the moment your order has been dispatched.
- France :
- Standard delivery in pick-up store : 3-5 working days → 3,99€
- Standard delivery at home : 2-4 working days → 7,50€
- Express delivery in pick-up store in 24h (after expedition, excluding weekends) → 8,99€
- Express delivery at home in 24h (after expedition, excluding weekends) → 11,99€
- Belgium :
- Standard delivery in pick-up store : 3-6 working days → 3,99€
- Standard delivery at home : 2-4 working days → 7,50€
- Europe :
- Standard delivery : 2-5 working days → 12,99€
- Express delivery at home : 24h-48h (after expedition, excluding weekends) → 25,99€
RIGHT TO RETRACT
Return conditions:
You have 14 days (calendar) to make your return if the item does not suit you. Return costs are your responsibility. Returns must be made only BY POST.
Returns are accepted if :
- Items are returned in their original condition
- The items have not been worn or washed
- Items must not show any signs of wear or stains
- The labels have not been removed
PLEASE NOTE: All items purchased with any promotional offer (promo code or promotional categories such as "Flash sales" or "Sales") cannot be returned or exchanged.
If the return does not comply with the conditions, it cannot be accepted and will therefore be returned to you.
We don't refund money. You have the possibility to request either an exchange or a coupon code.
For the exchange, if the requested items are no longer available, a coupon will be automatically assigned to you. The exchange is valid only once.
For the coupon, a promotional code will be sent to you by email of the value of the returned items within a maximum period of 7 days after receipt of your package. This will be valid on the site for a period of 3 months. Beyond that, it will expire and cannot be claimed by the customer.
In any case, you must follow the procedure below for your shipment:
1) Download and complete the return form (that you will find below) then slip it into your package.
2) Once the parcel has been sent, you must send us the parcel's tracking number by email at ikizboutique@hotmail.com because we don’t systematically have a delivery notice. If no communication has been established beforehand, we risk not being aware of your return and therefore the time of disposal in the post office may be exceeded. Which will not be our responsibility.
You are solely responsible for sending your package. We are not responsible for the loss of the returned package. We will not be able to make an exchange or a coupon code until it is in our possession.
Returns are processed within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receipt thereof.
IMPORTANT !!
The withdrawal conditions noted above are no longer valid due to the closure and final liquidation of our store scheduled for 04/15/2024. You can no longer make returns. Items sold will not be returned or exchanged.
NO RETURNS will be accepted, it will be automatically returned to you if a return attempt is made. Thank you for your understanding of this exceptional situation.
